📦 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 24 hrs of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • A valid order ID or proof of purchase is required

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Hijabs (if opened/used)
  • Items purchased during sale or clearance
  • Innerwear or customized products (if applicable)

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Damaged or defective products

📌 Exchange requests must be made within 24 hrs of delivery


💰 Refunds

Refunds are processed under these conditions:

  • If the product is out of stock for exchange
  • If a return is approved after inspection

Refund Method:

  • Original payment method OR store credit (based on your preference)

Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers may need to bear return shipping charges
  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, Khwabee will cover the shipping cost

📸 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the product
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund

🚫 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
