  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day

🚛 Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within Kerala: 2–4 business days
  • South India: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days

📌 Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier availability.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹3000
  • A standard shipping fee of ₹110 applies to orders below this value

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected locations across India
  • An additional COD charge of ₹120 may apply
  • Khwabee reserves the right to confirm COD orders via call/WhatsApp before dispatch

📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
  • You can track your order in real-time using the provided link

⚠️ Delays & Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

👉 Khwabee is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or contact details.

📦 Undelivered / Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

👉 Re-shipping charges will be applicable.

📸 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not accept the parcel if visibly damaged
  2. Or record an unboxing video
  3. Contact us within 24 hours with proof

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability.
